Payment Information

For now, all orders are paid on delivery via M-Pesa.

When you select Pay on Delivery via M-Pesa, your order is placed online and payment is completed when the food arrives. Payment details may be shared by the rider or restaurant representative at delivery.

We do not currently collect card details through the website. If online payments are introduced in future, payment processing may be handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We will update this policy when online payment becomes available.

WhatsApp Communication

If you contact us or order through WhatsApp, we may use your phone number, message content, order details and delivery details to process your request.

WhatsApp is a third-party platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms.

Any issues related to payment, platform fees, rider assignment or app refunds may be subject to the terms of the relevant platform.
